1. run regedit
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Policies > Microsoft > Windows
3. Right click the Windows Key and click: New > Key
4. Name the key: Personalization
5. Click the new Personalization key
6. Right pane: right click > New > DWORD 32bit
7. Name it: NoLockScreen
8. Double click NoLockScreen and set value as: 1
9. Close the Registry Editor and Restart Windows

1. run gpedit.msc
2. Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalizaiton
3. Right pane: double click on Do not display the lock screen
4. set state as Enabled
5. Click Apply or OK
6. (You may need to restart Windows)
